This fifty-six story condominium building sits one block west of Michigan Avenue. A richly detailed exterior is articulated to match the proportions of surrounding buildings at ground level and to create a unifying and pleasing visual rhythm up the tower's height.  The structure of the tower subtly steps back to allow views of Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan from terraces in the majority of the units. The lower levels of the building include lobby and retail space, ten floors of parking, and an activity floor. The tower includes thirty four stories of condominiums and eight floors of penthouses. Skyhomes sit on the roof at the twelfth floor, which they share with the pool and a rooftop garden. Searl Lamaster Howe was the design and interior architect. Fujikawa Johnson was the architect of record.
