Bethany Grachan, ASID-Allied

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Bethany earned her master’s degree in interior design from the Harrington College of Design. She joined the Searl Lamaster Howe Architects firm in 2017, and as a member of the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), Bethany maintains a reliable reputation, stays up to date on industry knowledge, and puts herself ahead of trends. She looks to a project’s architecture to guide palette, texture and materiality, and draws on her business background to bring a design-focused methodology to each project. From big picture to small details, new builds to renovations, Bethany puts clients at the center of her design approach to deliver looks that are complete and cohesive.
