PALM BEACH RESIDENCE

This 12,000 square foot home, sited on an extra size lot in historic Palm Beach, was completely gutted and reconfigured to better befit a contemporary lifestyle. The plan was opened up, allowing for free-flowing spaces and comfortably-scaled rooms. The connection between inside and outside has been reinforced by the addition of numerous French doors and the renovation of the original grand loggia. A cypress-clad cabana, built with the same material palette of the main house but detailed in a more modern fashion, houses a dance studio and fully-equipped, state-of-the-art spa.
