For this Uptown Chicago luxury apartment building, our scope included furniture layouts and mood boards, FF&E budgeting and procurement, project coordination, and final installation to create a polished model unit. The design balances contemporary sophistication with warmth using rich textures, clean lines, and handpicked details. Inspired by Uptown's creative energy and the building's connection to Lake Michigan, the interiors reflect a fresh, layered aesthetic that celebrates the vibrant character of its neighborhood and feels effortlessly stylish.
